Where I’ve Been and What I’m Planning: An Update

Hey again!
This is just an update post, so if you’re looking for any anime/manga related content, please don’t.
I just realised it’s been over a month since I posted anything on the blog, so I’m here with a short post about what’s happened and what’s coming up.

After the Interval: A collaboration review of ‘In The Valley of Elah’

Once upon a time, long, long ago, so long ago, I forgot how long ago, a smart and respected blogger called Raistlin was reached out to a collaboration by a girl who was to lazy to blog.
Even though he kindly agreed and kept postponing the deadline, this one girl never got back to him with her finished work…
And now, after ages she’s here.

Yes, you guessed right. That girl is me.
And this is that post.

Drawing Human Faces is No JOKE!

Hey guys!
I finally started catching up on artwork again, but this time instead of an anime / manga picture I tried to draw a real human. It’s my first time drawing something like this, so any feedback or tips would be gladly accepted!

Most of you would have known by now that I’ve sunk deep into the Kpop fandom, even though I stan only two groups mainly…
While BTS is my number 1 (duh) , Big Bang is the other group that’s on my list.
Today, I tried to draw G- Dragon or Jiyong-nim , who I should warn is my favourite in BB.
His song Crooked is really awesome by the way.
If you’re interested in seeing where I draw, you can take a tour of my room here.

When a mangaka starts showing off: Beauty Pop

Recently, I’ve been browsing through some manga that I’ve read before but never bothered continuing and finishing them.
I just flip/ click through the pages just admiring the art or reading the comic scenes alone.

During this journey of mine, I revisit Beauty Pop, a manga which I feel exists only for the mangaka to show off her art skills.

Summer vacations are a time of relaxation, freedom and joblessness. Or so they say.

I spent the last month of my school dreaming about lazing around without doing much.
I’m one month into my vacation and I’m yet to get to that. Something or the other has been going on; strangely enough. Sure, it’s all relaxing but not lazing around doing nothing.

So, what exactly was I doing? Just for fun, I thought I’ll make a couple of lists, because that’s what I do.

Character Challenge: Answers to the collaboration with Remy Fool!

Hi again! This is a follow up post on the challenge that Remy Fool san and I had taken up as a collaboration.
For our attempts check out the following!
Remy fool’s attempt and My try.

Basically we sent each other three prompts which described characters briefly. Then we tried guessing who we thought the prompts matched.
When we both finish we’ll get back again, revealing what the answers are. Then, we’ll count who got the most correct (if at all) and the one with lower answers writes a two thousand word post as penalty!

Kudou Senri: Depression or loss of identity?

Konichiwa! Hope you’re all doing well.
I just noticed that I’ve never posted a review about the series that I love. Strange, huh?
The reason for this is that most of my favourites are on going and I do not like reviewing on going series. However, I cannot use that excuse for Seiyuu Ka!, which most of you know is one manga I never got over. So, I decided to do a Seiyuu ka related post, because it was about time I started off with newer styles other than reviewing…
* Please note that this post is not a review or a character analysis. Topics may be long, analytic and uninteresting, maybe.*
